Returns & Replacements
At PDL Bikes we do not refund or exchange goods if you change your mind or choose the wrong product. Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or do not do what they are reasonably expected to do. In all cases where you believe a product does not meet your expectations, you should contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.


Damaged Goods on Delivery
It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging has been damaged during transit. Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to the freight company.


All our products come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty which covers defective workmanship or materials. We can only process warranties for items purchased through PDL.
