At 8.9 kg and 330 litres, the EVOC Mountain Bike Bag Pro is the lightest bike case in the world relative to its volume — and it's built specifically for mountain bike geometry. Wide-bar, long-travel, large-wheel MTBs have always been a bad fit for generic bike bags. This one solves that. The optimised dimensions fit 29" and 27.5"+ bikes with wheelbases up to 130cm, all without removing your handlebar — just a 90° stem rotation and the bike drops in.

Full hard-shell bike cases protect well but weigh 12–15+ kg before your bike is even inside — which is a problem when airlines enforce a 23kg checked bag limit. The Mountain Bike Bag Pro gives you the internal volume and structural protection of a hard-shell at a fraction of the weight. More bike, less bag. It's the only travel case where your bike weight, not the bag, is the limiting factor.

MTB-optimised geometry
Specifically dimensioned for mountain bikes. The 145 × 99 × 36 cm shape accommodates 29" wheels, long-travel forks, and wide bars — all within a bag that still fits standard airline oversized dimensions.
90° stem rotation only
You don't remove the handlebar — just rotate the stem 90°. That's a 30-second tool-free adjustment. No bar tape removal, no brake bleed re-check, no cable tension issues. Your setup arrives as you left it.
Polycarbonate base protection
Structural polycarbonate base panel protects the most impact-prone zone. Soft bag construction everywhere else is what keeps the overall weight at a class-leading 8.9 kg — not a hard shell, not a soft bag, but the best of both.

Centrally repositioned BIKE STAND PRO balances your mountain bike's different weight distribution inside the case. Adjustable to fit virtually all MTB frame designs. Keeps the frame isolated and stable throughout transit.
CLIP-ON WHEEL 3.0
Centrally repositioned to match the MTB's weight distribution — the bag rolls balanced even with a heavy bike inside. Third generation design: quieter, more stable, and replaceable when worn.
