The Shimano ST-R9270 is Dura-Ace's 12-speed Di2 hydraulic STI lever — it shifts the drivetrain electronically and brakes hydraulically from a single integrated unit. This listing pairs the lever with the matching BR-R9270 flat-mount caliper so you get a complete, factory-matched brake end: one lever, one caliper, bled and ready to install. Available as a Front Brake (right lever + front caliper), Rear Brake (left lever + rear caliper), or as a Set covering both ends.
Flat-mount caliper only. The BR-R9270 caliper uses flat-mount frame/fork tabs — confirm your frame and fork have flat-mount disc brake mounts before ordering. Not compatible with post-mount frames without an adapter. The lever is Di2-only; mechanical shifting cables are not compatible with the ST-R9270 body.
