The EVOC Handlebar Pack WP 1.5 is the minimalist's handlebar bag — small enough to fit any road, gravel or mountain bike without cluttering the front end, but genuinely waterproof and genuinely useful. At 100g and 1.5L, it carries your phone, gels, keys, card and a small multi-tool without adding visible bulk to your setup. A top-loading waterproof zip gives you access from above without stopping, and an interior mesh pocket keeps smaller items from shifting around. Most handlebar bags are too big for a road bike and too small for bikepacking. The EVOC WP 1.5 is purpose-designed for the first category: riders who want phone and snack access on every ride without a full bikepacking setup. At 24.5cm wide and 10cm in diameter, it fits inside the width of most road handlebars, clears brake levers, and doesn't touch cables. On gravel, it pairs naturally with a frame bag for a complete front-heavy bikepacking setup.

Top-loading waterproof zip
The zip opens from above with a single pull. Reach in while riding for a gel, phone, or key — one-handed, eyes forward. The waterproof rating means you don't have to think about what gets wet when the rain comes on.
Interior mesh pocket
A mesh sleeve inside the main compartment keeps your phone or cash card separated from gels and snacks. No fumbling to find a flat item in the bottom of a small bag — it's always in the mesh pocket.
Cut-to-size velcro straps
Fits 22mm road bars up to 31.8mm MTB bars. Trim the straps to your exact diameter and there's nothing flapping or rattling. Takes under two minutes to install. Moves between bikes in seconds.
Welded seams — genuinely waterproof
Not DWR-coated. Fully bonded seams mean your phone and cash stay dry even in heavy rain. The waterproof shell plus sealed construction protects against sustained rain, puddle spray, and muddy trail debris.
Transparent frame protection strips
Clear protective strips included — apply where the bag contacts the bar or stem to prevent paint wear and rub marks. Keeps your handlebar and stem looking clean regardless of how long the bag has been fitted.
Reflective logo for visibility
